The 16-year-old is charged with first-degree assault.
A teenager has been charged in the nonfatal, April shooting of a 20-year-old man in Germantown. A 16-year-old male, of the 20000 block of Frederick Road, was charged with first-degree assault, Montgomery County Police spokeswoman Janelle Smith said Monday.
