Police said a man in a hooded sweatshirt exposed himself in the parking lot of Zips Cleaners, at 13081 Wisteria Drive in Germantown. The indecent exposure incident was reported at around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 19. Further details were unavailable. An 18-year-old man from Germantown was arrested following reports of a strong-arm robbery in the 18000 block of Mateny Road, Germantown, on Monday, March 18 at around 2:40 pm. Police said a male grabbed a woman’s purse and cell phone and left in a dark blue or black four-door vehicle. An attempted robbery was reported in the 19900 block of Dunstable Circle in Germantown on Tuesday, Jan. 22, at around 6:30 a.m. The adult female victim was sitting inside of her locked vehicle when the suspect tried to open the doors.
