Montgomery County police released photographs Wednesday of a suspect in the early-November robbery at a Germantown Subway restaurant. Officers responded to the Subway restaurant, located at 19911 Frederick Road, at approximately 9:22 a.m. on Nov. 4, for the report of a commercial armed robbery, police said. An investigation revealed the suspect entered the front door, walked to the cash register, displayed a handgun, and demanded money, police said. An employee gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect fled on foot through the back door of the business. Montgomery County Police are investigating a series of robberies at a Germantown Subway, the most recent incident reported Tuesday night. Detectives have obtained surveillance video from the Tuesday’s robbery and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect. At around 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, officers from Montgomery County’s 5th District station responded to reports of a robbery at the Subway, at 12601 Wisteria Drive.
