I am an accredited, award-winning communicator with over 25 years of business-to-business PR and advertising experience, plus several years editorial experience as a trade magazine editor. Much of that
experience has been writing about industrial, technology, automotive, financial, healthcare and commercial businesses.

My marketing programs have been repeatedly honored nationally and locally for excellence. They include: First Place in the Public Relations Society of America Citation Competition; Silver Quill for Media
Relations; Arthur Page Award for PR Excellence; First Place Award for Press Kits in Business Marketing Association Competition; Tower Award from BMA/Chicago for Special Events, Tower Award from
BMA/Chicago for Publicity; APEX Award for Feature Writing; a Renaissance Award of Excellence for Public Relations and two Renaissance Awards for Technical Writing from the International Association of Business Communicators; and Award of Merit for Technical Writing from the Society for Technical Communication.

I have earned accreditations/certifications from the Public Relations Society of America, (APR – Accredited Public Relations Practitioner), Business Marketing Association (CBC – Certified Business
Communicator), and the International Association of Business Communicators (ABC – Accredited Business Communicator).

He earned a B.A. in English from Western Michigan University.
